Not misrepresent past performance or reasonably expected performance. Not state or imply to obtain what was achieved in the past（不能明示或者暗示过去的业绩可以代表未来）

可以使用以前公司的业绩，但必须取得前雇主的同意，因为业绩表述需要资料的支持。同时要进行披露

Include terminated portfolio as part of performance history. （已经终止的数据要包括在内）

If the presentation is brief, must make available to clients and prospects, on request, the detailed information supporting that communication. （如果是用简要方式陈述业绩的，客户需要业绩详细资料时要能拿得出来）
