My daily routine starts early in the morning at around 6 am. I wake up, brush my teeth, and take a shower. Then, I have breakfast and get ready for the day. I usually leave for work at around 8 am. I work from 9 am to 5 pm, and during my lunch break, I like to go for a walk or read a book.

After work, I either go to the gym or attend a yoga class. I try to exercise for at least an hour every day. Then, I come back home, have dinner, and spend some time with my family. I like to watch TV or read a book before going to bed.

At around 10 pm, I get ready for bed and go to sleep. I make sure to get at least 7 hours of sleep every night to feel refreshed and energized for the next day. This is my daily routine, and I try to stick to it as much as possible.
