摘要：随着高层建筑的不断增多，如何提高建筑结构施工的效率和质量成为了结构工程师面临的一个重要问题。本文通过BIM技术的应用，研究了高层建筑结构施工过程中的协同管理问题。首先，介绍了BIM技术的基本概念和应用，然后分析了高层建筑结构施工过程中存在的问题和挑战。接着，提出了基于BIM技术的高层建筑结构施工过程协同管理的方法和实现方案。最后，通过实际案例验证了该方法的可行性和有效性。

Abstract: With the increasing number of high-rise buildings, how to improve the efficiency and quality of construction of building structures has become an important problem faced by structural engineers. In this paper, the collaborative management problem in the construction process of high-rise building structures was studied through the application of BIM technology. Firstly, the basic concepts and applications of BIM technology were introduced, and then the problems and challenges in the construction process of high-rise building structures were analyzed. Next, a method and implementation plan for collaborative management of the construction process of high-rise building structures based on BIM technology were proposed. Finally, the feasibility and effectiveness of the method were verified through practical cases.
