为配合货运代理从业人员岗位专业证书培训和考试工作，中国国际货运代理协会组织专家、教授在原《国际货运代理资格培训考试应试指导及大纲》的基础上，根据《2019年度国际货运代理从业人员岗位专业培训与考试通知》的精神，结合2012年版实务培训教材和2019版货代英语教材，以及行业发展、法律公约的变化等，编写了2019年《国际货运代理从业人员岗位专业证书培训考试大纲与应试指导》。

该大纲是从我国货代物流行业实际出发，并着眼于国际货运的发展趋势而编写的，内容详实，重点突出，对全国国际货运代理从业人员岗位专业证书培训和考试提出了基本要求，规定了培训考试内容。
