Sampling
Sampling is the process of selecting a representative group from a larger population for the purpose of conducting research or analysis. In statistical analysis, sampling is used to estimate characteristics of a population by examining a subset of that population. The goal of sampling is to obtain a sample that is representative of the larger population, so that the findings from the sample can be generalized to the population as a whole. Sampling can be done using various methods, such as random sampling, stratified sampling, cluster sampling, and convenience sampling. The choice of sampling method depends on the research question, the available resources, and the characteristics of the population being studied.
